He is not going to change. I also agree with you on this coaching staff. On both sides of the ball.richpassannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3800694504837785724.post-72633047409094989182015-11-14T06:07:12.914-07:002015-11-14T06:07:12.914-07:00If Pettine had any future plans for Manziel, he wo...If Pettine had any future plans for Manziel, he wouldn't have left a mortally wounded McCown on the field last week. What Manziel does "from now on" is only significant if he's allowed to do it. I have absolutely no faith in this coaching staff and they are going to take Johnny Football down with them.Brownsouthnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3800694504837785724.post-68416707849279192382015-11-13T21:00:48.604-07:002015-11-13T21:00:48.604-07:00Do not read anything into that. Instead, watch how Manziel plays from now on and make up your own mind. Don't let others reach a conclusion for you.

You're better than that, southie.richpassannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3800694504837785724.post-80978005722138102582015-11-13T06:22:41.249-07:002015-11-13T06:22:41.249-07:00MKC put out a big article this AM basically writin...MKC put out a big article this AM basically writing off Manziel as a lost cause. Since she is basically a lap dog of the organization, this could be significant.Brownsouthnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3800694504837785724.post-46764544449497383502015-11-12T14:08:52.449-07:002015-11-12T14:08:52.449-07:00Maybe so, Strummer, but I'd rather see Manziel...Maybe so, Strummer, but I'd rather see Manziel for the last seven games to prove that correct. He deserves that chance since the team is going nowhere fast.

McCown gives this team nothing at this point. The fact Pettine prefers him over anyone else tells you he's trying to save the present at the expense of the future.

The Browns are on their way to a 4-12 season at best. They are careening at breakneck speed right now. As for Davis, I''d rather see him play than McCown. richpassannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3800694504837785724.post-90112568511978051132015-11-12T11:45:27.396-07:002015-11-12T11:45:27.396-07:00How've you been, Rich?
Manziel extends plays ...How've you been, Rich?

Manziel extends plays mostly because he fails on his first reads, and doesn't know how to move within the pocket. He needs a lot of work and should probably play so they can get rid of him when they see he's nothing but fool's gold. That's the faith I have in Manziel getting this right.

I'd rather see Austin Davis play, personally.Strummer101https://www.blogger.com/profile/05498248253394731398noreply@blogger.com
